PROVIDED FOR THE COMMUNITY - BY THE COMMUNITY - NOT FOR PROFIT
Hello!
As SMCELC's Director, I would like to inform you on my story and why I love doing what I do and what I hope to achieve while at SMCELC.

Yours sincerely,

My Story
I am proud to be an Early Learning Professional. My previous role as an Early Childhood Educator has given me a chance to inspire change for the future. Now, in my role as Director (since March 2022), I aim to mentor and support a team of amazing, caring and qualified Educators and ECT's during their journey.

I have resided in Jindabyne for the the last 7 years, originally from the South Coast. This move inspired a change to my career. I had 17 years experience in office administration and then decided to complete my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. I have now been working in the sector for 7 years. Jindabyne has found a place in my heart and I love the sense of community here!
My dream is to support, inspire and ignite passion within the hearts of my Educators by leading with continual growth and improvement. I also encourage a culture of respect and appreciation for what they do on the daily. I hope to embed practices and procedures to ensure the most efficient running of the service for families and their children, now and into the future. I also am interested in building lasting relationships with the SMCELC team, children, families and the community. Collaboration is key and I have an open door policy, so please feel free to come in and have a chat anytime.
I have a strong passion to take what I have learnt as an Administration Professional and Early Childhood Educator and apply it in a Director/Leadership role.
