Quality Improvement Plan

A Quality Improvement Plan engages the SMCELC team, children, families, community, service leaders and management to develop ongoing improvements for the centre.

We assess current practice, service strengths, areas for improvement and use this information to critically reflect on how we achieve quality outcomes for children and families. We then share this information with you.

We involve ourselves in a self-assessment process that is ongoing and continues everyday. We assess the key areas and elements of the National Quality Standard.

This process assists our centre with the assessment and rating process to ensure continual planning on areas of improvement so we can strive to meet exceeding ratings across the NQS.
